Landlord liaison, maintenance coordination, condominium matters, utility issues — managed on your behalf in Portuguese.
Translation & notary coordination
Documents, contracts, official letters — translated by sworn translators and notarised where required.
Local appointment accompaniment

Billed monthly. No minimum term — cancel anytime with one month's notice. The retainer covers Carlos's time and availability as described. Third-party costs (government fees, translation fees, notary fees) are invoiced separately at cost and always agreed upfront. Property management at the €150/month rate is available as an add-on.
